Design the future of your child..........

Together lets Ignite their path for success with our programs.

Where Emotional Intelligence Becomes a Way of Life

This pioneering initiative is the heartfelt creation of Greenfield Solution, a renowned HR and Talent Development firm that has spent over two decades shaping human potential in workplaces across India and the Gulf. Through their work, one insight kept returning like a compass needle:

"Professional success begins with personal strength – and that starts young."

That’s how The School of Excellence was born — as a mission to change the narrative of education.

Our Purpose

In most schools, children learn how to add numbers, write essays, or name the planets… But how many learn how to handle rejection, cope with fear, or understand empathy?

We’ve created age-specific Emotional Intelligence programs — from Joyful Juniors (ages 5–7) to Teens with Inner Compass (ages 13–16) — to nurture self-awareness, values, resilience, and emotional strength as core life skills.

These aren’t just “soft skills.” They’re soul skills — and we believe every child deserves them.

Who We Are

We are a collaboration of educators, child psychologists, EQ coaches, and behavioral scientists, supported by:

  • Greenfield Solution, leaders in L&D, HR strategy, and behavioral training
  • Happy Horizons, our umbrella brand offering proven mental wellness therapies and transformational healing journeys for adults and youth.

Together, we bring a full-circle model: from emotional grounding in childhood to purposeful growth in adulthood.

What Makes Us Different?

  • Structured, age-appropriate courses crafted for long-term change.
  • 15–20 week immersive programs blending story, science, and self-discovery.
  • Parent involvements and progress updates, ensuring families grow together.
  • Therapeutic insight meets creative education, making learning joyful and healing.

Our Invitation

We invite every parent and school leader to ask a bold question:

“Am I preparing this child only for exams — or for life?”

If your answer includes empathy, courage, inner strength, and kindness, then you’ve already found the right place.

Welcome to The School of Excellence — where future-ready children are nurtured from the inside out.
